DidIThrow processes final scoreboard screenshots to provide the analysis you ask for. It has no accounts, player profiles, or persistent match history.

Scoreboard screenshots

Screenshots can contain player/BattleTag names and scoreboard statistics. They are processed for the requested verdict and are not kept by DidIThrow as a persistent match record after its processing flow completes.

Processing providers

Screenshot processing may involve OpenAI as a third-party processing provider. That provider may apply temporary retention under its own policies. DidIThrow does not use uploaded screenshots to build public player profiles or a match archive.

Technical protection

Limited technical data may be processed for security and rate limiting. Rate-limit keys are one-way protected and are not used for product analytics.

Optional first-party analytics

With your permission, DidIThrow records anonymous session-level events such as page views, product interactions, completed analyses, share creation, timings, and safe error categories. It never puts screenshots, scoreboard content, player names, BattleTags, full referrer URLs, full browser user agents, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints in analytics storage.

The random analytics identifier exists only in this browser tab's session storage. Your allow/decline preference is saved locally so the site can respect it on later visits. Analytics is first-party, is not used across sites, and does not power advertising.

Anonymous site statistics

DidIThrow uses Umami Cloud for cookie-free page statistics and a few fixed product events: an analysis started, completed or failed, a verdict viewed, a share link created or copied, and a shared verdict opened; in Streamer Mode, a room opened, a format started, the stream screen opened, a tier list image shared, and a viewer who joined, voted for the first time or sent a hero pool. These events carry no screenshot, scoreboard data, player name, BattleTag or verdict content. Shared verdict pages are recorded only as a generic path (for example /v/shared-verdict), never with their link identifier. Opening your own shared link counts as a view.

DidIThrow Wingman

Wingman keeps your settings, hero pool and match results in this browser's local storage on your own device. Unless you play in a room (see Wingman rooms below), nothing is sent to DidIThrow, and you can delete it from Wingman's History screen or by clearing this site's data.

Wingman rooms

If you open or join a room to play Wingman with friends, the room is stored on the DidIThrow server so every phone in it sees the same match. A room holds only hero names, the map, bans, enemy ultimate timestamps, which hero each member plays, random member codes, and the quick reactions and win/loss predictions members tap (fixed labels, never free text). It never holds player names, BattleTags, accounts, IP addresses or device details, and room activity is not logged. Anyone with the room link can join it. Each room is deleted 24 hours after it was opened. To limit abuse, opening rooms is rate-limited with a salted one-way key that is discarded after an hour. Your hero pool, settings, perks and match history stay on your own device.

Streamer Mode rooms

If a streamer opens a Streamer Mode room, the room is stored on the DidIThrow server so the stream screen and the viewers' phones show the same vote. A room holds only what is voted on and its results: hero names, map names, tiers, the option each viewer tapped, the hero pools viewers send (one role and 2 to 4 heroes), the streamer's fixed stamps, random viewer numbers and the aliases built from them from a fixed list (for example Sleepy Torbjörn #12). Viewers never type anything: there are no names, BattleTags, messages, accounts, IP addresses or device details in a room, and room activity is not logged. The leaderboard shows aliases only. Anyone with the room code can join it as a viewer; only the streamer's private control link can run it. Each room is deleted 24 hours after it was opened, or at once when the streamer ends it. To limit abuse, opening rooms and joining them are rate-limited with a salted one-way key that is discarded after an hour. Your viewer alias for a room is remembered in this browser so it stays the same if you reload. To show the streamer how many people are watching right now, an open viewer page checks in with the room about once a minute; the room keeps only the time of the last check-in for each viewer number. Streamer Mode pages count anonymous page views in Umami, without the room code, and a few fixed events (see Anonymous site statistics). No ads are shown in Streamer Mode.

Limitations

DidIThrow provides entertainment-oriented analysis based only on the final scoreboard. It does not know what happened during the match, and its verdicts are not definitive assessments of player skill, conduct, or responsibility.
